In their fourth season, having once again entered the ‘’’Harrow Youth League’’, Chelsea were at last to win the League, by eight points and losing just one match, although the full season was not completed as several matches had to be called off due to the state of the pitches.

Technically, had Bushey United been able to play, and win, their outstanding fixtures, including one against Chelsea, they would have pipped The Blues to the title. Likewise Pyramids, having played only 12 matches, could have also pipped The Blues.

There were far too many unplayed games (44 matches!) to simply award 0-0 draws to each of them
