Unfortunately not a great deal is known about The Middlesex Professional Reserve Cup, except that it started in 1911 and it is believed that it was not played for after the First World War.
Chelsea participated in the competition for 3 seasons, winning it every time. It is believed that the trophy is therefore still held in the Chelsea Museum.
