Mitcham was Chelsea's former training ground, located in Bishopsford Road, Mitcham. The site was sold in the late 1970s due to the club's financial difficulties, with the club moving to Harlington, a training ground owned by Imperial College. Mitcham was taken over by Crystal Palace FC and is now the home to Tooting & Mitcham FC.
