Pre-Chelsea career

Reece has been with Chelsea throughout his junior football career.

Chelsea career

Reece is a left sided player capable of playing as an attacking full-back but is most often found in an advanced position on the left side. He has featured often for the Under-16 team, but holds an unlikely feat of having represented the Reserve team before making his Under-18 debut. Due to a shortage of players, Reece played for 30 minutes against Portsmouth in March 2010, replacing Patrick van Aanholt in the second half.

His first year as a scholar was largely beset by injury, as was the first half of his second. With a desperate need for regular football, he joined Potters Bar Town on loan in March 2012 and departed the Blues in June.

International

Reece has not represented England at any level.
