Sidney Henry Bidewell (6 June 1918 — November 2003) was an English forward who made four appearances for Chelsea in December 1937, scoring two goals on his debut. The outbreak of the Second World War interrupted his career at the age of 21, and after playing for Gravesend briefly after the war he retired from the game in April 1947. [1]
