Pre-Chelsea career

Dujon joined Chelsea as an Under-8.

Chelsea career

Dujon made his Under-19 debut in the UEFA Youth League fixture against Sporting CP in December 2014 whilst still an Under-15. He made several more appearances later in the season and stood out despite being the youngest player on the pitch on each occasion. Still a schoolboy in 2015-16, he exploded into recognition by not only becoming a regular but by making match-winning performances en route to Chelsea's second UEFA Youth League and FA Youth Cup double in succession. His goals in the Semi Final and the Final of the latter displayed his versatility, often playing as a second striker and proving a constant menace anywhere on the right side of the pitch.

2016-17 picked up where the previous season finished. Now a regular at Development Squad level despite starting the season as a 16 year-old, he played in almost every outfield position over the course of the season, helping the Under-18s to a domestic treble, standing out against senior professionals in the EFL Trophy, and penning a maiden professional contract upon his 17th birthday in October. For the second season in a row he scored in both the Semi Final and Final of the FA Youth Cup to add a second consecutive winners' medal to his collection. A third followed in 2017-18 as he joined Jake Clarke-Salter and Jay Dasilva in an exclusive club along with five Manchester United players from the 1950s, a season in which he also made his senior first-team debut against Nottingham Forest in the League Cup.

EFL loans to Coventry, Wigan, Blackpool and Stoke helped his development, with a long-term illness-enforced absence during the 2020-21 season seeing a return to Chelsea and regular minutes for the Development Squad again in order to build himself back to full fitness. At the end of his contract in June 2023, he signed a permanent deal with Rangers, reuniting with former academy coach Mick Beale.

International

Dujon has represented England up to Under-19 level.
