Stichting Betaald Voetbal Vitesse, also known simply as Vitesse Arnhem and familiarly as Vitesse, is a professional football club based in Arnhem, Netherlands. The team was founded in 1892 and play in the Gelredome.
Since 2010 the club has served as Chelsea's primary affiliate in a relationship initially borne out of a friendship between Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich and Vitesse owner Merab Jordania. Despite changes in the boardroom structure at Arnhem since, the relationship has continued to develop very positively for both clubs.
